Working under a deliberately chosen co-CEO model, Ziad Geris and Gerbrand van Veldhuizen combine their complementary strengths, ensuring balance and effectiveness. Together with Toby Soumah as CFO, they form an experienced core team that steers the group’s ambitions and growth on a daily basis.
The team is supported by Helen Joor, who, as executive assistant, plays an essential role in the day-to-day dynamics and effectiveness of the organisation.
